Returns / Exchange Orders of Lower Value:

We will process your refund once we’ve received and carefully inspected your returned or exchanged items. The refund amount will be sent to the bank account or UPI details you provide while raising the return or exchange request.

Cancelled Orders:

• If the Order Has Not Been Dispatched: If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it for you and issue a full refund to the original payment source used for the order.
• If the Order Has Been Dispatched: If your order has already left our warehouse, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, we kindly request you to refuse the delivery upon arrival. The order will be returned to us, and as soon as it is back in our warehouse, we will process a full refund.

Note: For both return and canceled order refunds, please be aware that it may take up to 7 days for the refunded amount to be reflected in your bank account.
