Aadhyey Return/Cancellation Policy
Return Policy:
After you have made a return request to our customer service, the process typically follows these steps:
- Product Pickup: It usually takes 4 business days for the product to be picked up from you.
- Quality Check: Once the item is received at our warehouse, it undergoes a quality check which takes approximately 2 days.
- Refund Initiation: After a successful product inspection by our quality control department, it takes 7 days to initiate a refund.
Refund Receipt Time:
- Prepaid Orders: 7 business days after a successful quality check.
- COD Orders: 7 business days after a successful quality check
Cancellation Policy:
- If you need to cancel your order, please email us at aadhyey@gmail.com within 6 hours of placing the order. Our customer service is available from 10 AM to 7 PM Monday to Saturday.
- Please note that some orders may ship almost immediately, making cancellation difficult. Any amount paid will be credited back using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Important Notes:
- The repayment period largely depends on the bank for debit card and credit card transfers.
- Banks will send an SMS to customers for a credit amount greater than INR 5000. For refunds less than INR 5000, please check your bank account or credit card statement for confirmation.
